The IMS
Business & Project Management Senior Analyst is responsible for executing MODEC’s Integrated Management System (IMS) processes such as Strategy Management, Business Performance Management, Project Management, and Process Management with the goal of supporting MODEC in achieving the expected business results.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the company in implementing strategy management through various analysis (such as, for example: SWOT, PESTEL, and VRIO). Participate in the definition of the annual strategic goals and the mid-year process execution.
- Execute the goals cascading for the business units of the MODEC Group, corporate functions, and entities, including onshore areas, and EPCI projects aligned with strategic goals. Assist in the recording and calculation of goals on the IMS portal; support the development of action plans to achieve these goals, monitor results through KPI analysis and project progress; assist in analyzing goal deviations by creating corrective FCA (Fact, Cause, Action) actions.
- Execute the monitoring of Strategic and Performance Management by participating in meetings with the operational units, providing support to internal clients, and evaluating the results obtained. Discuss and present analyses, conclusions, and assist in developing action plans for deviations with those responsible for KPIs and project managers. Contribute to the agenda definition and conduction of departmental Monthly Performance Review (MPR) meetings (support areas) and operational unit meetings.
- Contribute on the planning and monitoring of corporate projects following the Corporate Project Management methodology, by supporting scope and baseline definition, risks identification and issues management, project status and results update, preparation of project reports, project managers training on PMI best practices related to cost, quality and scope.
- Execute the Process Management routine by reviewing, creating, maintaining, and periodically optimizing documents and trainings in the Integrated Management System (IMS), such as policies, standards, process maps, and work instructions ensuring compliance with the current methodology. Update process documentation. Support internal and external audits, monitor corrective action plans to ensure timely closure. Define and track process indicators/results and address identified deviations.
- Develop continuous improvement projects with the goal of optimizing processes, financial results, and operations, meeting the company's requirements and aligning with the best market practices and MODEC's global guidelines.
- Execute relevant analyses of performance and deviations in company processes by using various databases and sources; assist in setting goals and creating action plans, seeking a systemic view of the technical matters involving the client area.
- · Execute the implementation of management solutions for problems that may arise, aligned with strategic objectives, ensuring that goals are met: projects completed within the defined timeline, scope, and budget, and indicators within the stipulated value.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics or related field.
- 5+ years’ of experience implementing management systems and transformation programs, including process mapping and document management implementation.
- Demonstrated experience with KPIs definition, goals setting, calculation and monitoring.
- Advanced Microsoft Office
- Strong data analysis and presentation capabilities.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Project and Visio.
- Master's Degree and PMP Certification are preferred.
- Working knowledge of risk analysis methodologies.
- Deep understanding of Quality Management, Integrated Management Systems, process improvement, and standardization.
- Experience with Power BI, VBA and Alteryx is a plus.
- Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
