We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Compensation and HRIS Analyst to join our team. This role is a specialized dual-function role responsible for designing competitive pay structures and managing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and system optimization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participates in and assists with the development, implementation and administration of compensation and HRIS policies and programs.
  • Formulates recommendations regarding the development of the company salary structure, FLSA exemptions, job revisions, and organizational structures.
  • Participates in and analyzes various salary surveys to determine market position and develop recommendations.
  • Conducts market benchmarking and internal equity analyses to establish competitive salary ranges and pay grades.
  • Applies knowledge of HR information systems and data to extract and analyze current and historical data to support strategic workforce planning.
  • Administers annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and promotion adjustments.
  • Maintains and optimizes HRIS platforms to support HR operations.
  • Develops and maintains HR dashboards and complex reports for metrics like headcount, turnover, and pay equity.
  • Conducts regular audits of HR data to ensure integrity and compliance with labor laws (e.g., CCPA, FLSA).
  • · Keeps apprise of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure Company compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, HRIS administration, or HR analytics.
  • Broad and practical knowledge of compensation and HRIS techniques and methods.
  • Advanced Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas).
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with major HRIS platforms like UKG.
  • Significant attention to detail in the maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and communications.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and statistics associated with compensation tasks.
  • Experience with international compensation practices, including global salary benchmarking, global pay structures and pay practices.
  • Strong business acumen.
